Prevent certains urls from linking to your content. This is used to stop other websites from using your images and files in their webpage, which causes your servers to have to handle the load of delivering that content. You can also optionally have your server provide a different file to these users. For example, if a website is displaying an image on their website, you could have the image replaced with an image that expresses your disatisfaction with the site's use of your image.
